An old house in need of a complete renovation. Ultimately, two separate apartments will be built: one with a kitchen and dining area, the other with only a breakfast bar and a small refrigerator. Both require the design and construction of bathrooms with a toilet and shower. The balcony, window opening, and windows will need to be reconstructed, and the entrance door will need to be modernized. The most important challenge is to consider the heating system and carry out the renovation without losing the interior's appealing charm. I want to preserve the semicircular vaults, any recessed walls, and the additional staircase.
